In the chaotic days that followed the restoration of the Kami-Robo world, Fire Bird appeared. It would be awhile before the next generation of radically improved fighters arrived. But Fire Bird was different from his weaker contemporaries, in more ways than one. He had no ankles, which seemed to be a design flaw. However, it enhanced his leg power, giving him greater stability and thrust in kicking and stomping. Madroneck Sun, his rival, recruited him to join the force to train young wrestlers. Though a magnificent fighter, he lacks the skills for dealing with life. He’s ready to throw in the towel when faced with basic problems. Oddly, that weakness is what makes him an outstanding trainer. After all, only those who can empathize with suffering are cut out to train young wrestlers.
